Ipod 4th Gen and Bose Sounddock
Not so much a problem than a rant. So, I purchased my daughter a 4th Gen Ipod nano for xmas. We place it on our Bose sounddock to finish charging it and listen to what she download. I get a message on the ipod "incompatible" ***
I look at the Bose website. No help of course. I see they are selling the sounddock II. I became suspicious. Sure enough THAT model will work with the 4th Gen Ipod Nano!! What a shocker.
All my Bose does it play the music and charge the battery. It seems wrong I need to drop another $300 to do the same thing for my kid's Ipod.
If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.
