Hello, I live in Syria and i have MBP NVIDIA Failure, Help me.

There is no official Apple Store, Retailer or Care Center here and i have this problem http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2377

I own this laptop since 13 month and i think it's out of warranty now, do you have any idea how to fix this issue ?

Do you know the nearest Apple care center ?

Help me please 😟

I searched Apple's [contact us web page|http://www.apple.com/support/contact/phone_contacts.html] and could not find any support phone number for Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Iraq or Turkey. Cyprus appears to be the closest available.

If you read that article closely, you will note that "If the NVIDIA graphics processor in your MacBook Pro has failed, or fails within two years of the original date of purchase, a repair will be done free of charge, even if your MacBook Pro is out of warranty." so you are covered for this issue even if you are out of warranty.

Best of luck.

You'll need to request service in another country. As far as I know, technology export to Syria is severely limited by the US Government. You wont be able to contact apple directly for service there. There closest authorized apple retailers would likely be in Lebanon.

I found this information on the Apple's Arabic Language website:

Lebanon:
Interlink sal
Freeway Center, Sin El Fil Highway , Beirut
Tel: (961-1) 513880 , Fax: (961-1) 513882
e-mail: administration@interlink.com.lb

(Call to obtain a list of Apple authorized channels in Lebanon)
