After 10 mins Apple TV loses sound

I have the lastest updates.
I have Apple TV connected via HDMI.
After about 10 mins the sound cuts off. The video/Music/Photos never freeze or stop just silence as if I put the TV on mute.

The only way to get sound back is to go into settings and just play around with anything that will make the Apple TV reset (Picture size, HDMI Inputs, etc) and the beep sound comes back.

Why do I keep losing sound?

Mac Pro 8 Core 2.8, Mac OS X (10.5.2), 30" Apple Cinema Display

Are you sure it isn't your tv (try turning off/on the tv when this occurs)

Interesting!
I just lost sound - turn off and back on the TV and I have sound again!

What is causing this??

I guess you are connected by HDMI, HDMI is likely the problem, do you have another HDMI port on the tv, does the sound go again in 10 minutes after turning the tv off/on. One of my tv's does the same thing, only it's once every three months or so, so resetting the tv isn't too much of a hassle.
