Itunes 8 will not download (error 2330)?

Ok so I decide I want itunes 8, so i attempt downloading it. I click download and it gets to around 85% complete before i get this message saying

"An instalation for quicktime is currently suspended. You must undo the changes made by that instalation to continue. Do you want to undo those changes?"

My options are yes or no.

If i click yes it undoes everything i downloaded. The progress bar goes backwards.

If i click no it says "The instalation of QuickTime did not complete successfully. iTunes requires QuickTime"

When I try to remove quicktime ti unistall it to restart everything over, I get an error message saying
"Cannot dlete zh_CN.lproj: Data error (cyclic redundanacy check)."
I went into program files and tried deleting the Quicktime file.
I deleted itunes and cant find it so looks like deleting that was succesfull

Error 2330 comes in play when i try installing quicktime it goes to about 75 percent. The file was that zh_CN.lproj file.

Help is greatly appreciated!

Ok so I found this file under quicktime that i beleive is being the troublemaker. its called zh_CN.lproj i beleive. This file is preventing me from downloading Quicktime 7.5. Now when i try to open the file it gives me that Program Not Responding thing in the title. It wont let me delte the file either. I have no idea what to do. All i wanteed to do was upgrade my itunes, now my quicktime wont upgrade which wont allow my itunes to upgrade. I deleted Quicktime from add/remove programs, and it is still in program files.
