STOLEN IPOD...PLEASE HELP

my ipod recently got stolen...is their anyway apple will send me a replacement...does the warranty cover this?...help will be appreciated

Welcome to the discussions, Varun.

Theft is not covered by Apple's warranty. in fact, I know of no manufacturer that covers theft in their warranty. Apple will not replace your iPod.

If you have home insurance, your iPod may be covered under that - even if it was stolen outside your home. Take a look at your policy to see if such items are covered.

Other than that, be sure to report the theft to the police, and hope for the best.
