The AirPort Express Base Station's (AX) audio port can provide either an analog audio signal using a minijack-to-dual RCA connecter cable or a digital audio signal using a minijack-to-TOSlink cable.
Your TV, in turn, would need either RCA audio inputs or an optical-digital input to receive the AX's audio output signal.
Is your intent to play iTunes movies thru your TV? If so, then you should know that these movies' audio cannot play thru AirTunes ... and thus, you will not get movie audio out of the AX's audio port. (ref: iTunes: Movie sound does not play through AirTunes)
However, you may be successful doing so using a non-Apple solution, like Rogue Amoeba's Airfoil. Mac Mini 1.66 GHz Core Duo 2 GB RAM 100 GB HD, Mac OS X (10.5.6), MacBook 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo 4 GB RAM 160 GB HD PowerMac 1.2 GHz G4 1.5 GB RAM
