Original Apple II files - how can I access?

I just found a box all my floppies from 1983-1991 and would love to regain access to these files. I have the Bank Street Writer III disc as well. Where can I find someone with a working Apple II system who could print out these papers so I can OCR them into my current Mac? If I remember, even the LC II (?) couldn't run both the original Apple OS and Mac OS simultaneously for direct file transfer...but I haven't thought about that for fifteen years.

Macs running Mac OS before Mac OS 8.0 could read ProDos discs, possibly with the help of Apple File Exchange.

Have you tried any data discs in your listed PowerBook 160?
