Can not conect to itunes store "An unknown error has occurred(-3248)"

I haven't been able to connect to itunes for about a week now and none of the other posts have this error (-3248) in them. I have no clue what to do. I made sure that my firewall was not blocking it and i flushed my dns, but none of them worked. Can anyone help me?

I can try, if you please post your itunes network diagnostics. Let's see what that says.

ok, i ran the diagnostics. it said "secure link to itunes store failed"
not sure if that is what you need or not. I tryed flushing my dns allready and that did not work.

open control panel

click connections

click LAN settings

make sure proxy server is NOT selected

done

Try setting your PC time and time zone correctly.
Quite a few folks were getting a similar error message simply becuzse the time wasn't correct.

I GOT IT. What happened was that internet explore was disabled and i guess itunes uses internet explore. So for all thought with the same problem just enable your Internet Explore.
