album art on ipod nano 4th generation

i have been putting album art on my ipod for songs that i have imported from cds. but it seems that when i go to scroll through the cover flow, some of the albums are listed alphebetically by artist name. but at the end of the artist list, albums are listed by cd name (these albums don't appear on the part that lists cds by artist names). it's like there are two separate parts to cover flow. how do i change this so that all albums are listed alphebetically by artist name in cover flow?
