I have an iPhone, and am considering purchasing an iPod touch to use as well. Will I simply use my current iTunes account, or will I need a separate account for the iPod?

If I need a separate account, can I have two accounts on the same computer? I have a laptop that I use for both work and home.

Dell, Windows XP

you can have multiple devices on one account. I have a touch, a classic and a shuffle. I would suggest that you not connect them all at the same time.

I have ipod touch, When you register the ipod Touch give it a unique name. I have also connected all three at same time unless there is an issue I have missed I have had no problem. YOu can also set an option so that when you connect the device itunes will not start and then you can manually start it and choose the device you want to upgrade..etc.

    FYI...

I only suggested not connection them all at the same time is because, if you have a shuffle and a classic or 5th gen all connected at the same time and you go to safely remove devices, it is hard to tell which device you will are ejecting.
