Error code 1009

Error code 1009

Hi,
when I try to download any APP I receive Error Code: 1009
I try it with itunes
Does anybody know, what the code 1009 means?

iTunes version 8.0.2
iPhone software 2.2

are you buying APP from your country specific iTunes Store?

download it to your itunes first
then sync it with your iphone

Hi

thank you for the answer.

I try to download to the itunes store first! The error message appears in itunes.
I use the german itunes store.

What can I do?

make sure that you have iPhone software version 2.2
make sure that you have iTunes software version 8.0.2
make sure that you are not using a debit card
make sure that you have enf credit on your credit card

other than that i don't see any answers for your error code sir am sorry

You can go here: http://www.apple.com/de/support/itunes/store/download/ and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. You will get an email answer, usually within a day.
