how do i Clean Temporary Internet files and Empty my Cache

is it possible to empty the Browsing cache and temporary internet files from a mac

Apple, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Download MainMenu (freeware). It will delete all browser caches for you (and do lots more besides).

That's assuming you are using Safari.

In safari go up to the top bar and click on the word Safari/Reset Safari, and then it will prompt you which things you want to delete from Safari's caches, then just hit ok.

Just make sure all the boxes are checked when you click the Reset Safari option, those are your temporary internet files...

Hi,

Don't check all the boxes unless you're sure you know what all your usernames/passwords are for your various websites. With every item checked those will be deleted as well.
