How do I deauthorize a dead computer?
My old computer died. Have a new one, but want to remove teh old one from the lsit of authrised devices. How do I do this?

Thx - I may not have made this clear. Heading should have been 'How do I deauthorize a dead computer from the sync list for my iPhone?'
The iPhone can be sync-ed to up to 5 devices. I am currently sync-ed to 2 live devices and one dead one.
Unless I can deauthorize the dead one, I have lost one device to share my iPhone apps and music.
While it isn't critical at the moment, it may become an issue in the future.

I believe you will have to de-authorize all the computers (and re-authorize the working ones) if/when you reach the limit. See this article:

There is no limit for the number of computers an iPhone or an iPod can be synced with.
You can authorize up to 5 computers with the same iTunes account.
You can de-authorize all computers when you have reached the 5 computer limit followed by re-authorizing the current active computers with the same iTunes account.
