WiFi & 2.2

Having just upgrade my 2G iphone to the new 2.2 upgrade the WiFi no longer works on my phone on my home net work.
My imac and other computers all work so I know the WiFi works
I have followed Apple advice going through the different reset options for the phone all to no avail
Has anyone else had this problem with 2.2 upgarde or any solutions

iMac, mini mac, iphone, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Try restoring the iPhone's firmware again, and if that doesn't work return it to Apple for a replacement. It could be that the firmware upgrade didn't install correctly and you just need to reinstall. Be sure to backup your iPhone before you do a restore. The restore button is the home screen that is displayed in iTunes when you connect your iPhone.

Go to settings, general, reset, reset network settings. After doing this you will need to add all wifi passwords etc. again. This may or may not solve your problem but it is worth a try before doing a full firmware restore.

If you have done a restore from an old backup without success it might be worth restoring as a new iPhone.

Good luck
