Problem with GEARAspiWDM when installing iTunes

When i start the install of itunes i get an error message that it couldnt install the gear drivers and som info that the GEARAspiWDM drivers is in use.
Someone that got a sollution to this problem?

Try installing the gear Drivers yourself, you can download them from the gear site:
http://www.gearsoftware.com/support/drivers.cfm
(You must have scripting on to see the download).

When you get that in use message, it may be necessary to manually remove the drivers first:
