putting Quicktime movies the iPod Touch

I have several quick time movies and how do I put them on my iPod Touch

iTunes would not let me do it...help

iPod Touch, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Are the movies encoded to 640 by 480-pixels at 30 frames per second? I believe that is what is required to watch them on the iPod Touch.

Hello,

If they are in the right format that Duane suggests and still won't transfer, select the files in iTunes then go to the Advanced menu and choose "Create iPod or iPhone version".
