Is there any way I can debug activesync on my iphone? I desperately need it to work. I have tried all of the recommendations from people in this forum, including having my profile deleted on exchange/activesync server.
My email will be pushed to my phone, but only when I open it in webmail or outlook.
my calendar will not sync anything.
My contacts will not sync, but I am able to search company directory.
No way I know of to debug or otherwise muck with ActiveSync on the iPhone. But, it's working fine for most people. It really sounds like a server-side issue in your case.
As always thank you everyone for their insight. This forum is truly a wonderful tool. I will reach out to my exchange team again but since I am a single user (one of 15k) I don't think they are interested in me or my broken iphone.
