Madaemon and World client email

Madaemon and World client email

Trying to setup my iphone to connect with my work world client email which is an Alt-N product.
Will not receive or send email from that account.
It is an imap account and our IT people dont have a clue?
I dont know if it is a firewall issue or email server issue?
Anybody else have this problem?

Hi there,

The school I work in use mDaemon. Mine works fine. Are you setting it up as IMAP or POP?

I use mdaemon & worldclient daily. when away from my office the only way to retieve & send email is to login via the web, On the iphone I do it using safari. You just need the specific ip address for your world client. to the best of my knowledge that is the only way you can use it
