iSight picture on failed login? Any ideas?

Hi everyone, Hope you can help.

I'm after a program, something similar to Iris, that on a failed login attempt will take a picture, silently with the isight and mail it to an email address.

Sounds simple but i can't quite find something that does exactly that.

I welcome any ideas or experience.
