Liquid or something under screen?!? what is it?

Hi,

I just noticed that towards the bottom of the screen there is something that looks like some type of spill or something, it's little half circles with waves (really hard to explain...) it's between the glass and the actualy screen I think.

When I push the screen in that area it spreads higher.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? is this fixable?

It definitely did not get wet...

No I don't have any screen protector.

It kind of looks like waves of some sort, it's not visible always straight on, you but from certain angles it's very visible that somethings there. The screen itself is 100% visible with no pixel problems, it seems like it's something between the outside glass (or whatever it's made of) and the actual screen...

I have the same problem. Apple store in Dallas looked at it and said it was water under the screen and it is not under warranty. The phone is only 3 months old and I have not had it around any water. I guess we have to live with it. I can't afford a new phone.

I don't see anything like that on mine, and it certainly doesn't sound normal. I'd suggest a trip to an Apple Store...
