Lost install and restore-disc....

Hi!

My problem is that my computer wont start. I won't get passed the blue screen after the grey screen with an apple. I've tried entering safe mode and other tips I've found throughout the discussionboard without any success. The problem is I've lost my install and restore-disc that came with the computer. Is there anyway you could get a new one or any helpfull tips on how to get my computer up and going without it?
