need help

My ipod mini showed a sad mini ipod error. and then I requested a repair from this web. they sent a box to pack my ipod back to ipod store. then I packed it and I already sent it back. that it was 2 weeks ago.

now, I check my repair status. it show "Dispatch Sent" but I do not receive it yet. I am so worry about it. I do not know how far of it? what should I do.
