Some songs did not download to my iTunes Library after purchase

After I purchased many songs from the iTunes Store, three of them were not downloading and iTunes became extremely slow. I closed iTunes and opened it and the downloading had been completed. I looked through my iTunes Library only to see that those three songs were not there. I checked my Purchase History and the three songs not in my library were right there in the Purchase History. iTunes still deducted the 99 cents for each song but I do not have those three songs. Can anyone please tell me what happened and/or how I can fix this problem?

I also had 4 songs that were purchased but did not download or show up in my purchased items; however, I got a receipt from Itunes for the 4 songs. What do I do now?

I too just had the same thing happen to me last night. I bought a music video and it not in my library anywhere. I doubled checked to make sure the content had finished downloading and it says there is nothing to download and the video is in my music history. I was able to download other videos, I'm wondering if possibly a mix up happened while the other ones were downloading? Does anyone know how to get your purchase? Or do I have to suck up my $1.50?
