i can not log into itunes store. it says "itunes can not connect to the itunes store. the network connection timed out." I can access the web fine. I have tried all the solutions I knew; firewall, flushing DNS, turning off pop-up blockers, i dont have web accelerator ... I had a free trial of norton 360 and i uninstalled it. Any more ideas please?? Here are my dnyos:

Did you use the norton removal tool? Some folks have posted that norton was still blocking itunes store access until they used that.

In other words, just uninstalling from the Control Panel didn't really remove everything of Norton.

I've been waiting several days now for a single download and the server "times out" everytime I give it try. And I am using a Mac. Somebody elsewhere suggested that it may be the load of people using their x-mas gift cards jamming the network.
