Other space taking over in Itunes

My sons touch is growing in size however when you check the summary to show capacity it says there is over 6GB of other space and this is growing. Have tried a full reset and it went down but a sync has it growing again?

Did you do a reset or did you restore it in iTunes and then resync?

If it was the latter then you have a corrupt file somewhere in the backup for your Touch.

Huge attachments in Mail? Other apps that are storing huge amounts of data.

I have not yet done any rest as it seems to come and go and wanted to see what the advice would be from others who may have experienced it.
