Multi-touch trackpad in Windows 7?

Ok, so I know that there is not a driver for windows 7 yet with the trackpad. But Windows 7 is built upon Vista so the drivers should work with no problems. The only thing is that when I try to install the driver it tells me that "This update is not intended for this computer and will not be installed". Ok... I get that, but is there a way to decompress the .exe to extract the drivers? Then I could just use the add new hardware feature and install them manually. I am really getting tired of using two finger clicks to right click.

This is exactly what i did, and its works for me ( tap click, 2 finger right click, 2 finger scroll )

1. Down load this file:
http://rapidshare.com/files/186372631/Archive.zip
2. Manually install 2 files Applemultitouch, Appletrackpad

3. Reboot.

4. Update the "new mutitouch driver" as described in my original message.

5. Reboot.

6. Go to Control Panel, Boot Camp, customize the behavior of you touchpad

(PS. FYI I did try the compatibility mode,as some one said, DID NOT WORK!) This message is written in my
Boot camp 7, with the "new" 2-finger touchpad!

Ok, so in my rush to get this thing working, I asked a dumb question about where to get 2.1 boot camp.... sorry. I downloaded and installed 2.1 boot camp update but after that there are still no properties in the boot camp settings for the trackpad. I also tried reinstalling the drivers and still nothing new in boot camp. Any suggestions?

Alright... new update. I don't have the default two finger hold and click button for right click now. I went into the device manager and rolled back the drivers for the two trackpad hardware profiles and I still had lost the right click support. I then tried installing the new drivers that you provided manually but that didn't work either. Should I uninstall the trackpad drivers completly and use a seperate mouse to install the new drivers? I think I will try that and let you know how it goes. I also tried going into program files folder and into boot camp folder, and set the kbdmgr file to compatability mode vista and xp. Neither ways improved my situation.
