Keylogger for iPhone

So I don't use iTunes on my comp yet someone keeps managing to get and change my PW once a week... After takeing 60 dollars from me I removed my bank account and will never use it again due to the possibility of this... So does apple not check every app for possible stuff like this because I only enter PW on phone and only change it on phone...
