I enjoy puzzles but when I go to Jig Zone to work on a complicated puzzle Safari will close after I have been working for 10-20 minutes. I have sent in numerous error reports and added messages to many of them but have never had a reply and no fix. This site, Jig Zone, works fine on my Windows laptop but not on Safari. This is the only site that makes Safari close so what is the problem?
Ive had the same problem last week using firefox. Its a ryanair problem, but be careful as i got no confirmation or e-mail and the next day I went to book again. As the flights were no longer available i booked alternative ones. Then i discover an e-mail they sent 15 hours after I tried to book the first flights with the confirmation for them!I now have two sets of flights booked. You can never tell when a session is locked whether your flights have been booked or not and you wont get through when you ring.Ive sent them a letter but probably wont hear back.
ymp, the problem we're talking about is nothing to do with Ryanair or flying anywhere. It's about a jigsaw puzzle site that's not working properly on our Macs.
It closes both Safari and Firefox, and emptying the cache doesn't help (nor does repeatedly reporting the problem to Apple).
Thanks, but that doesn't explain why the site was working fine on this MacBook Pro, same version of Safari, until about a month ago. It also closes Firefox, not just Safari.
