copy itunes library to flash drive for use on car media player?

Car media player accepts USB media, I can use 32Gb thumb drive or HDD, as long as its formated FAT(either 16/32). I have approx 30 GB in my itunes under OSX. I run XP pro in bootcamp.

How do I regularly copy my itunes library from itunes to the USB media to use in a car?
Is there a freeware/applescript solution?

MBP, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

If your flash drive has the capacity to hold all the files in your library then open itunes, highlight all your files, then drag them over to a window open to the desktop for the flash drive and simply copy all your files. If course, they have to be compatible to play on your car's player. I have a non-ipod mp3 player an that's how I get files onto the player.
