my iHome won't work... can you help me???

It's not an iTunes problem, so this probably isn't the best place to ask about this particular issue. You can try asking in the appropriate iPod forum, but if the troubleshooting tips in the iHome's manual don't help, you may be best off contacting iHome customer service:

There won't be one specifically for problems with an iHome since that's not an Apple product. Try the "Using Your iPod" forum for your model of iPod (that's what I meant by "appropriate"; sorry if it wasn't clear). Or contact iHome's customer service.

Again, you'll be more likely to get help if you ask in the iPod forums. Your problem has nothing to do with iTunes, so you won't be likely to have anyone who is using an iHome see your question here.

You really should ask at the iHome customer service place.

I have an iHome that works just fine, a different model though. If it doesn't see the iPod, then common sense tells me it's not seated correctly on the connector.
