Wireless router question

Hello!

How can I lock and secure my linksys wireless router, from those who wants to connect to my internet on my iMac?

James,

Routers can be configured using your web browser. If I am not mistaken, Linksys uses the (internal) IP address "192.168.1.1" for the admin interface. Point your browser to that address, and consult your router's documentation on the correct password to use for access to it.

And after you connect to your router, configure it so it is using WPA encryption.
