Battery charger blinking green/amber?

I'm having the same issue, did you ever get this resolved?

So your system is still behaving this way? I'm in the midst of trying a battery calibration as described below:

I'm hoping this might resolve the problem. If not, I'll give applecare a call next week.

That yellow/green rapidly blinking is not a good sign. I had that with my Macbook including rapidly discharge when running on battery and look at Apple system Profiler. Mine said to check battery , not charging when in fact it was trying to charge.

The cycle count is important. less than 300 can get user a replaced battery with this program if qualified. I just di mine Friday and the replacement battery is working properly after two days.

Mine has cleared up after a recalibration– at least for the time being. Here is what system profiler shows:

It couldn't hurt you guys to reset the SMC/PRAM. Unplug the magsafe, take out the battery, and hold down the power button for 5 seconds. Next, put everything back in. Then start up and hold down command-option-p-r until it chimes twice.
