Remove a icon from my top menu bar

I installed western digital Memeo Life Support software. This cam with my new portable hard drive from Western Digital. I uninstalled the program but can't remove a icon from the top menu-bar. Any help appreciated.

This icon is part of the Manager for the HD, for setting up RAID and so on. It comes, probably on the disk itself rather than a CD, in a .dmg file called 'WD DeviceManager' (or it did with my WD drive, yours might be slightly different) and you can remove the icon using it. I did look for the elements of this program and couldn't find it, so I doubt you can remove it manually.

If you've managed to trash this installer you may be able to download it from the WD site: go to this page and select your drive:
