Missing EndNote Citation, EndNote Bibliography and Math Type Equation.

Missing EndNote Citation, EndNote Bibliography and Math Type Equation.

Under INSERT - I am missing "EndNote Citation","EndNote Bibliography" and "Math Type Equation".

Is there any explanation for this?

Yes the explanation is that you have to download End Note and the math program first then it will integrate with Pages. There is a free trail of both of them to download. The trouble is that at least for the end note program it costs $229.00. out of budget, especially since you get similar functionality in Word 2008 for free.
