Alarm clock's not working!

I just had my iPod mini replaced (it's a first generation iPod mini). Everything's working well - except for the alarm clock. I've nearly overslept three nights in a row and I'd never had this problem with my first iPod mini (before I sent it for repair). What's going on??

Well I only got this replaced one last Friday. I think I had to reset all settings back then. Do you mean I have to do it again?

How did you reset all settings when you did it? I was talking about another kind of reset.

Well, I'm only familiar with the resetting format provided by the CD. That's how I reset my iPod mini. Unless you were thinking of something else....

Slide the hold bar on and off. Hold down the menu and center buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo on your screen and then release. You might have to try this more than once.
