Problem with Zapfino font

Oups. I had answered your questions but I guess it was not at the right place. Anyways, after rebooting, I did get to straighten things out. My question now: is what I see in the preview by right clicking, what I get? I ask because I used right click to adjust my texts under photos and the font size does not necessarily correspond to the font size which appears in the setting menu. Thanks again.

What I am saying is that I chose different font sizes so that the text would fit in the window on various pages. This font size does not necessarily match the one found in the setting menu for pages (the setting menu is found at the bottom of the ibook page). As a matter of fact even some fonts didn't match with the setting menu because I had chosen them by right clicking directly on the text. Hope this makes sense. It's my first book and not familiar with all the terms used in the setting menu. (reglage in French)
