How do I put more games onto my nano?

Okay I got an iPod nano 4g using my bday/christmas money
I've had lots of fun with it
Got a nice case, screen protector, and loaded it with about 60 songs so far
I just want to know how to put more games on it
Although solitare,vortex,and maze are very fun, they get boring after a while
I have the file for the game I want to put on it
I just don't know how

Please help.. .

sorry to go off-topic, but is that really a good site? because i went there, and a message came up saying that i was at risk of a spyware or malware attack (i'm pretty sure it was fake - i think i read about something about a hacking or spyware or malware attack like that). i exited the window, but it started doing something that looked like it was scanning my computer - i think it might've been trying to hack it or copy my files or something. i was able to close out of the window before it finished, but it might've done some damage, idk...
