how do you copy video off the internet using QT Pro?

I would like to be able to copy some youtube and other videos directly off the internet and i understand that QT Pro is able to do this. any info would be appreciated. thanks

With a QuickTime-compatible movie playing, click the button at the bottom right of the area and choose Save as Source or Save as QuickTime Movie from the menu which appears. If those options are grayed out, the person who created the movie set it not to be downloadble through that method.

YouTube videos on a computer use Flash, not QuickTime, and don't have that button.
