Provisioning profile

Hi, I'm preparing my app for AppStore. I followed perfectly the how-to in the apple developer site.
My problem is that when I try to compile my app for "distribution" I'm told that "the device doesn't have provisioning profile the application was signed with."
AS suggested, I tried to use ORGANIZER to import the distribution profile, but my iPhone doesn't want to accept it.
In the "code assigning identity" the distribution certificate and profile are perfectly assigned.
If I try to compile in "distribution mode" with the iPhone Simulator everything works, but when I try to verify if the "CodeSign" is in the build log I cannot find it.
What can I do? Thanks in advance, I hope you can help me.
Regards.

Thanx, but I fixed it the old fashion way:
Deleted all certificates and keys from keychain. Deleted all provisioning profiles. Created new certificates and provisioning profiles I was able to add the Distribution profile to the device. (I know you can't install on the device under Distribution, the problem was I couldn't even select the profile!)

All this happened because my certificates expired and couldn't create new provisioning profiles...
