Does the retail apple store sell refurbished Ipod touch's?

As per the title, Was just wondering as I was thinking this may save me a bit of money. Ive found them on the online store but I was thinking I would just go into a store and pick one up, anyone know?

Smart way to save money, IMO.

Unfortunately, official refurbs are only available through Apple's online store. However, shipment can be amazingly fast, and the quality is tops.

Beware if you are looking for an iPod Touch Gen. 2. I believe the refurbs. are Gen. 1's... for now. I don't know if refurbs are sold at Apple Stores.

I thought I'd let you know I just received a 2G refurb off eBay. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it, it was in a brown box, but has all the markings, and seal of an official apple refurb.

Check eBay, and check the sellers feedback. I went with someone who had allot of 2nd gen touch feedback's.

You knew the day would eventually come when refurb G2s would appear. Did the auction state iPod G2? If it didn't say, I'd have assumed G1.
