I'm setting up a new Macbook for my mother, who is in her eighties and has trouble seeing the very small toolbar in Pages. Is there a way to enlarge it? I made the icons bigger, no problem, but she can't see the font, size etc. windows very well. Thanks!
That's the format bar & it is still not resizeable. I've left feedback about this & I suggest you do, too. You can find it under the Pages menu > Provide Pages Feedback. That takes you to the same page as
this link. If enough users ask for it, maybe they'll add the ability to resize it in a future update or version.

+Menu > View > Customize Toolbar > uncheck "Use Small Size"+ at the bottom left of the window.
You can also zoom into any view on your Mac by holding down the *Control key* (bottom left corner of your keyboard) and scrolling in with the button or wheel on your mouse if you have one.
To help your mother in the Finder as well you can go:
+Finder > Menu > View > View Options > increase Finder font size and the icon sizes+
This is only good for Finder, not within Pages' menu or navigation, as far as I know.
