Uninstall Endnote menus?

I tried the Endnote trial but, like others are reporting here, found the integration too limiting. I'm moving back to Sente.

How do I now remove the Endnote menu items from Pages? I'm almost certain they were not there before I installed the Endnote trial. I've used the Endnote uninstaller, but that didn't remove the Pages menu items related to Endnote.
