Trying to install Logic onto my new Hard Drive

So after hours and hours (and hours) of copying my original HD to my new internal HD, I thought I was ready to install Logic (and it's massive library) onto my new drive but I am being prompted by the following message:

"You cannot install Logic Studio on this system. This software must be installed on the running system."

How do I reconcile this?
