Incase neoprene sleeve SCRATCHING new MacBook?

Hi everyone,

I'm about to receive my first mac on Monday (I wish apple did fedex saturday delivery!) and am looking for a sleeve. I like the black neoprene sleeve for the 13" MacBook, but there have been two reviews that the case has been scratching the MacBook's finish.

Are there any other reports of this product scratching the finish?

2.4GHz Aluminum MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

I would suggest getting a Speck See-Thru (then you can safely keep it in the sleeve)!!!!

I wanted a zipperless sleeve because I was concerned about scratches so I got this one.

Comes in colours that are a little different from standard black/grey and it's reversible. When you first put your laptop in it will seem like the flap doesn't lay flat, but after you work it in a bit it's fine.

hey there, i have that sleeve and mine has worked great since i got it, had it for about a month. ive transported it in this sleeve and havent noticed any aesthetic flaws with its use.

I have a sleeve and I've never had a problem with scratches. I remember others worrying about the same problem. Some owners stated it is better to remove the brand tag from the inside of the sleeve. I did just to be safe.
