1 Video ... mystery box ....

In that bar across the top of iTunes, the one just above the current music/video offerings that has the home button on it and your email address at the other end, I now have a box that says "1 Video".

I bought a tv episode yesterday but that's it and it's downloaded and in my library so what's it for ?
