Can't get rid of trash items

Can't get rid of trash items

I have some bad files that I cannot trash.
It's a real pain. some of them are CS2 Photoshop and Illustrator application files.
I suspect I should have uninstalled these old CS2 version applications instead of trashing them.
Now what do I do, please?

Hi

In the Dock, right click on the Trash icon, then holding down the option key, select "empty trash".

have you tried Secure empty trash from the finder?

Thanks..holding down option key did help somewhat...it eliminated some files ...but still have two pesky 'legal' files for Vietnam something...wierd. Both are legal files from CS2 Photoshop an CS2 Illustrator.
Any more ideas how to get rid of these? Thanks
