Cant import .mp4 video files to iTunes

Question

Cant import .mp4 video files to iTunes

i have videos that are in .mp4, these videos play in QuickTime Player but when i want to drag them to my itunes music library they dont go in. Instead a little circle with a slash pops up and i am not sure why they wont add. in the past i have dragged videos into it and everything always went smoothly but just recently have they have not added. PLEASE HELP ME...i use Cumusoft ultimite dvd+video converter suite to convert dvd's to ipod compatable

Gateway, Windows Vista, Latest iTunes

Ok I use that same program Do this...
At the top left corner of i-tunes open the FILE tab go down to (add folder to Library) Then click on the folder that you saved your movies to Dont open it just add the Whole folder and each time you add more movies to the folder you have to do the same thing agin.It works Great...:)

I kinda have the same problem. But I use another converter, I use Videora Ipod Converter. When I try to drag my converted videos into Itunes, just nothing happens.. I tried to do what you said, but it doesn't work. Help me please!
