I have added my BT keyboard to my MacBook Pro, but I never saw an option to add it as a favorite, and in the "get more info" it says it is not a favorite "Favorite: No". I can't find where to add this!
I'm sure it's easy, so thank you very much for any help!
I have a phone that somehow is set as a 'favorite' (though I did not do it) and yet my now paired BT mouse is not and I see no way of doing it in the BT Preferences pane..
I wish it were easy. I just checked my older Mac running Tiger and the option for Adding Favorites is right on the Setup Bluetooth Device window, but not on Leopard. Go figure.
Perhaps someone knows a hack or a way to do this! I'd love to know myself. I'll keep looking around... maybe Google.
i did some googling earlier and found nothing to help for Leopard.. except a KB article TA21371, but thought they do not say it, it must be for Tiger as there seems to be no way to do it in Leopard.
So it makes we wonder, (1) does it still even matter anymore of the Preference pane does not offer it and (2) what does it even get you to do it as I only asked because the directions on my mouse told me to set it as such and (3) how did my phone get set as a Favorite automatically?
...and yes, that's what makes it convoluted, and therefore bewildering. There may be a good answer (obsolescence?), I just wonder what it is out of curiosity, or was it just poorly created and therefore they may want to update.
