Hello...Could somebody help me figure out why I am getting "no service" on my phone. I have called AT&T and apple and completely re-stored the phone and changed sim card but I am still getting the "no service" message on the phone.
You can call 800 my iphone or make an appointment at a genius bar, if you have tried everything and it still does not work. It could be a hardware problem.
Yes, I have coverage where I am at. My husband has an iphone and his works fine. Not on airplane mode. And I have called 800 my iphone, but what is a genius bar?
