help needed with Mail.app and Outlook Web Access set up

Hello, I have no clue AT ALL how to set this up to work with my college e-mail.
Could someone tell me what I need to fill in?

For now we will just use this for the set up.

I log in at owa.uwc.edu on my computer.

Name: John Appleseed
Address: applj1234@uwc.edu
Description: Campus account


Incoming Mail Server
Host Name: (Would it be owa.uwc.edu ?)
Username: (I think this is applej1234@uwc.edu)
Password: password1 (fake, just an example)

Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name: (I have no clue on this, would it als be owa.uwc.edu ?)
Username (Would this be applej1234@uwc.edu)
Password: (Would this also be password1 ?)


any help on this would be awesome.
